1)If you leave the flame to burn less than 2 minutes, there is a risk that the catalysis did not start. Solution => Try again, leaving the flame to burn for 2 minutes or until it reduces visibly before blowing it out. 2)The catalysis did not start, the burner is soaked with Home Fragrance. Solution => - Take out the wick and the burner and leave it to dry for 3 hours until the wick is completely dry. - Check the lamp is filled to a maximum of 2/3rd. - Put the wick and burner back and put the cap on the lamp. - Leave the wick to soak for 20 minutes. - Light the burner and leave the flame to burn for 2 minutes or until it has reduced visibly and then blow it out. There is no Home Fragrance left in the Lamp, OR the cap has not been replaced on the burner, the Home Fragrance has evaporated. The lamp is empty. Solution => - Take out the wick and burner out of the lamp. - Check if there is Home Fragrance in the lamp. If not, fill it up to 2/3rd. - Replace the burner and the wick asse into the lamp. - Leave the wick to soak for 20 minutes. - Light the burner normally (See the instructions for use). NB: Always put the cap back on the burner between uses.

The burner was not positioned properly on the base, mainly on small lamps.
Solution :
- Take out the wick and burner out of the lamp.
- Check if there is Home Fragrance in the lamp. If not, fill it up to 2/3rd
- Replace the burner and the wick asse into the lamp
- Check the burner is correctly inserted and positiioned on the base.
- Leave the wick to soak for 20 minutes.
- Light the burner normally
