My issue I have is I am a long time buyer of your products and I truly love this product. When a consumer by your product please pay close attention to how you send your packaging. My box and product looked like a return the box had oil on the inside someone else finger marked the mason Berger blue box looked used nothing spoke new to me even the box with the wick was torn. I was excited went ahead a tried a new scent which I truly dislike. Be careful and send your customer products in good looking packing nothing beat up dirty and used looking. I think highly of your products. This was just a turn off.
